Ilketshall St Andrew Village Hall
Supporters
The Village Hall is managed by a small dedicated team of volunteers resident in St Andrew, who operate as a Management Committee and run the Hall primarily as a valuable facility available to the local community. As well as the formal Committee members, there is an essential band of willing helpers, who provide essential support at events. In addition, the bar at functions is often staffed by committee members and supporters, who provide their services on a voluntary basis.
The Hall costs around £5,000 per annum in overheads just to keep it ticking over, excluding essential maintenance, repairs and improvements, which are constantly required. Apart from some occasional grant aid for major items, and a small annual donation from the Parish Council, the Hall is totally funded by local events organised by the Management Committee, and the income derived from Hall hire and Bar profits.
If you are a resident of St Andrew, please help to support us. Be sure to attend our events, and if you wish to get more involved, we would be delighted to hear from you.
